HMS Offline & Online System Architecture

Infrastructure based Reservation
Organizations with server connected to the Internet all the time.
In such case, Online Reservation will be part of HMS system. Data from both online and offline reservations will be stored in common database.

Organizations with Intermittent Internet connection
In such case, Online Reservation and HMS system will be two different systems. Both Online Reservation System and HMS system will maintain the information related to the room, room types etc. HMS system will have a utility to synchronize the data of the Online Reservation with the HMS system.

Organizations with no Internet connection
In such case HMS system, will be an intranet-based system and no online reservation module will be there.
