Hotel Management System Reports
In order to view the status of rooms, view details of entities like, Invoice, Reservation, Reservation Cancellation etc HMS Reports is used. Users performing the role of System Admin, Front Desk Manager and Front Desk Associate can use HMS Reports section to view the respective details. System Admin will have access to All reports, while Front Desk Manager and Front Desk Associate will have access to reports as per the rights assigned by System Admin.

What is a Report?

Report gives Details of entities like Invoice, Room Reservation, Check in Report, etc based on which you can analyze Hotel related aspects such as Invoices generated between selected dates, Room Availability, and Room Cancellation.
