Add facilities that can be asked for by clients like Food, Swimming Pool, etc. Define rate to be charged to the client for facility used, and apply Tax on it if desired.

In case if Intermittent Internet connection is used, synchronize the data in HMS System. If rooms are available for requests made online then send a mail to Client for confirmation. If room is not available then send a mail that room is not available at present. If any clashes exists than give priority to offline reservations.
