Hotel Management System is a web-based system primarily to manage Hotels, Resorts, Motels, Inns and Corporate apartment properties. HMS software is prepared taking into considerations the requirements of Large and small size properties.

Using HMS the Front Desk Associate or Front Desk Manager can perform all the operations necessary to manage the Hotel. Using Hotel Management System, user can create room types i.e. Single, Double, King Sized, check in client, check out client, perform Accounting operations i.e. Payments and adding extra facilities used by clients, keeping track of phone-calls made by clients to generating Invoice for clients, and providing clients with online reservations and much more.
